the wednesday dish

This is a must share recipe, because it is a favorite at our house! These cookies are so easy to make, but taste like they are made from scratch! You must try these!!!


white chocolate coconut cookies

Ingredients: 1 roll sugar cookie dough, 2 1/4 cups coconut, 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, break cookie dough into pieces. Add remaining ingredients and knead by hand. Grease or lightly spray a cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Roll cookie dough into balls about the size of golf balls, and bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Yields 24-28 cookies.
